The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee brands or F&B, demonstrate leadership skills, and be able to manage multiple locations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Kuwait relocation required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior operational role.
• Strong experience within a coffee brand, café group, or F&B company.
• Previous hospitality management experience.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in coffee brands and/or F&B companies. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, lead teams, maintain service standards, and support the continued growth and efficiency of the business.
