Job Description :

• Must have track record of leading of construction teams in oil & gas.
• Lead and manage all construction activities at the refinery project site.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review construction schedules and track daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, standards, and client requirements
• Coordinate with the client, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Review method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments before execution.
