Job summary

MEIL invites a highly experienced piping engineer to join our Kuwait EPC projects in the oil & gas sector.

The role demands strong leadership in piping construction, testing and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success in refinery, petrochemical and LNG environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas EPC projects.
• Experience in piping construction, erection, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute piping construction activities for oil & gas refinery, petrochemical, LNG, and EPC projects.
• Supervise piping fabrication, erection, installation, and testing according to drawings and project procedures.
• Review P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, plot plans, and piping layouts before execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, QA/QC, planning and QA/QC teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate NDT activities, weld repairs, and inspection clearance with QA/QC teams.
• Ensure completion of hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, flushing, air blowing, chemical cleaning and reinstatement activities.

Job Description

• Should have experience in EPC Companies Oil amp Gas refinery projects
• Execute piping construction activities for oil amp gas refinery petrochemical LNG and EPC projects
• Supervise piping fabrication erection installation and testing activities in accordance with approved drawings specifications and project procedures
• Review P amp IDs piping isometrics GA drawings plot plans and piping layouts before execution
• Coordinate with engineering civil mechanical electrical instrumentation QA QC planning and HSE teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Coordinate NDT activities weld repairs and inspection clearance with QA QC teams
• Ensure completion of hydrotesting pneumatic testing flushing air blowing chemical cleaning and reinstatement activities
