Job summary

V2X seeks a Quality Supervisor (CTIP) to oversee compliance with anti-trafficking and labor standards on-site in Kuwait City. You will manage a CTIPS training program, review materials, and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal controls.

You will respond promptly to investigations, coordinate with management, and support audits while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in a challenging field.

Qualifications

• Must obtain ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification.
• Able to obtain host nation driver license.
• CAC eligible or able to obtain CAC.
• 2-3 years compliance, contract management, subcontract management, safety or quality experience.
• 1-2 years overseas contracting experience desirable.
• Must understand DoD Human Trafficking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of international standards related to exploitative child labor and trafficking to cases.
• Conducts legal and regulatory research on Human Trafficking and labor issues.
• Manages CTIPS training program and compliance reviews.
• Responds within 24 hours to allegations or investigations.
• Assesses productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of program operations.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards.
