Job summary

Al-Tuhoo General Trading & Contracting Co. is seeking a Warehouse Incharge & Operation Supervisor to lead on-site warehouse operations in Shuwaikh.

This full-time role oversees receiving, storage, dispatching, stock control, and documentation to support efficient supply chain performance. The ideal candidate has strong stock/inventory management, operations leadership, forklift safety and experience supervising a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further logistics training a plus.
• Experience supervising warehouse operations and teams.
• Strong stock control, inventory management and documentation skills.
• Safe forklift operation and adherence to warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to use ERP/inventory systems and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing and dispatching materials.
• Coordinate stock control, perform cycle counts, and ensure timely updates in systems.
• Organize warehouse layout, supervise loading/unloading and forklift operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and safety compliance; lead warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales and logistics to support supply chain.
