Job summary

Jobleader Kuwait is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Al-Kuwait. You will manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials while ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient processes.

You will supervise warehouse staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and drive productivity to meet targets. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Logistics, 5+ years in warehouse or inventory management, and strong communication, organization, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience working in a warehouse/inventory management role.
• Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehousing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) (preferred).
• Foreign language proficiency (preferred).
