Job summary

FutureTech in Hawalli, Kuwait, seeks a skilled Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. You will plan, coordinate and supervise all activities, working with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

This is a full-time role that requires no previous experience and offers accommodation. Excellent English communication, a Civil Engineering degree, and proven leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Oversee all construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Review and approve project designs, materials and methods.
• Hire and manage construction workers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress.
• Address issues or delays during the construction process.
• Ensure quality control of all construction work.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses and materials used.
