Job summary

Khuff General Trading & Contracting Co. in Kuwait is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing, supplier selection, and purchase-order management within our oil & gas division.

You will manage supplier relationships, evaluate bids, and drive efficient procure-to-pay processes. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in procurement, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Odoo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, procurement, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or contracting.
• ERP systems proficiency: Microsoft Dynamics and Odoo.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and supplier selection based on pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Purchase order management and Procure-to-Pay cycle oversight.
• Vendor negotiation on terms and conditions.
• Order tracking, expediting, and resolving delivery issues.
• Inventory coordination with departments to prevent shortages.
• Vendor performance evaluation and relationship management.
