Job summary

Archirodon invites an experienced Deputy Project Manager to support the Project Manager in delivering the Oil & Gas project at Shuaiba Oil Pier, Kuwait. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors across home office and site, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-disciplinary coordination, and ability to drive project controls and TIC estimates.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Engineering (all disciplines).
• Minimum 15 years of professional Oil & Gas experience.
• Minimum 5 years in project management or leadership roles in major EPC/Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, project controls and construction.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in establishing project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary activities.
• Assist in developing project execution plans covering safety, staffing, budgeting, scheduling and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement of equipment and subcontract administration, and project controls.
• Monitor performance against budgets and schedules; identify deviations and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to TIC estimates, cost trends, forecasts and project progress reports.
• Promote effective workshare across engineering disciplines and project services teams.
• Identify risks, assess impact and support mitigation measures.
• Mentor project engineers and construction managers for development and performance.
• Ensure compliance with project review processes, quality, safety and procedures.
