Job summary

Ades Holding is seeking a Senior Drilling Supervisor for night shift operations onshore in Kuwait. You will oversee drilling and well activities, coordinate with the Senior Tool Pusher, and ensure safety and efficiency across the rig floor and related areas.

The role requires 8+ years in land drilling, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office. You will contribute to safe execution and timely reporting, while maintaining compliance with all client plans and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification.
• 8+ years of land drilling and workover operations experience.
• Experience on Onshore rigs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, situational awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night drilling operations to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Plan and schedule drilling activities; direct crew to meet client requirements.
• Review well plans, deviations, and changes with STP and Client reps.
• Ensure compliance with safety, JSA and PTW procedures.
• Maintain logs and timely reports on drilling activities and equipment status.
