Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification.
• 8+ years of land drilling/workover experience with contractors (Assistant Driller/Driller/Tool Pusher).
• PC literate in Microsoft Office; advanced math skills related to drilling operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night drilling operations ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Plan and schedule drilling activity; direct crew to meet client requirements.
• Approve deviations from client well plan and document changes in Synergi.
• Coordinate with STP and Client on progress and plan changes.
• Ensure correct space-out drawings are posted and post-jarring sheets understood.
• Relieve Driller when needed and ensure equipment readiness for next phases.
• Prepare and review JSA and PTW; oversee rig procedures.
• Support and supervise drilling crew; monitor circulating time and hole stability.
