Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Leadership and team supervision skills required.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic computer tools.
• Experience with drilling operations on onshore rigs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and operational efficiency on drill floor.
• Plan and schedule drilling activities; guide personnel to meet client requirements.
• Approve deviations from well plans and document changes per procedures.
• Communicate progress with STP and Client representatives; update drilling program objectives.
• Ensure rig paperwork (JSAs, PTWs, space-out drawings) are completed on time.
• Relieve Driller as needed and maintain readiness for next operation phase.
• Maintain logs, reports, and compliance with company/Client directives.
• Mentor and develop crew; promote training and safety culture.
