Job summary

Dalal AlDoub Company is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Creator Executive to join its Marketing team. The role blends hands-on content creation with social media management across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn to strengthen our brands' digital presence.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about storytelling for beauty, fashion, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and current digital trends.
Hands-on experience in filming, editing, and independently producing engaging digital content.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Create, film, and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars and creative concepts aligned with each brand.
Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, TikToks, stories, and product demonstrations.
Write captions and social media copy in brand voice.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content coordination.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates; engage with communities.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and the Marketing team.
Cover brand events, activations, and campaigns when required.
Maintain branding consistency and monitor content performance.
