Dalal AlDoub Company is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Creator Executive to join its Marketing team. The role blends hands-on content creation with social media management across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn to strengthen our brands' digital presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and current digital trends.
• Hands-on experience in filming, editing, and independently producing engaging digital content.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create, film, and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and creative concepts aligned with each brand.
• Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, TikToks, stories, and product demonstrations.

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and the Marketing team.

The role combines social media management, hands-on content creation, creative storytelling, trend monitoring, and community engagement to strengthen our brands' digital presence and drive audience growth.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, proactive, and passionate about producing engaging digital content across multiple brands in the beauty, fashion, fragrance, and lifestyle industries.

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Create, film, and edit engaging, high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars, creative concepts, and engaging content ideas aligned with each brand's identity.
• Independently plan, shoot, and edit Reels, TikToks, stories, product demonstrations, lifestyle content, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Create original content across multiple brands, adapting storytelling, creative direction, and visuals to different target audiences.
• Write engaging captions and social media copy aligned with each brand's tone of voice.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content coordination across platforms.
• Monitor emerging trends, viral content, hashtags, and social media platform updates.
• Engage with online communities through comments, direct messages, and interactions.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, influencers, and the Marketing team.
• Cover brand events, activations, product launches, photoshoots, and campaigns when required.
• Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to achieving social media KPIs, including audience growth, reach, engagement, and overall content performance.
• Support sponsored campaigns, influencer collaborations, PR activities, and content partnerships.
• Organize and maintain content folders, creative assets, and media libraries.
• Ensure content calendars and creative materials follow internal review and approval processes before publication.

Requirements
