Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an intelligence professional to support CJTF-OIR operations through HUMINT and CI analysis. You will develop all-source association matrices for targeted individuals and construct link diagrams to reveal complex networks.

The role includes PIR/HNIR analysis and tracking requirements to ensure actionable intelligence in counterterrorism and regional stability efforts. The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, an associate degree (or equivalent experience),

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Associate degree or three years intelligence analysis experience in lieu of degree.
• At least four years analytical experience at operational/strategic level within DoD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop CI threat analysis and insider/Green-on-Blue threat assessments.
• Support HUMINT and CI operations under CJTF-OIR.
• Create all-source association matrices for identified individuals.
• Construct link diagrams to map relationships.
• Develop Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR).
• Analyze reporting for IRs related to CT/HUMINT in relevant regions.
• Log new requirements into the tracker.

The C3TO Contract provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of but not limited to Open Source Intelligence OSINT All-Source Intelligence Analysis Human Intelligence HUMINT Analysis Intelligence Requirements Collection Management RCM Special Advisors Planners Targeting Support Counterintelligence CI Support Screener Support Strategic Debriefing Support Foreign Government Information FGI Analysis Exploitation DOMEX and MEDEX Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization TFAN Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management KM as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations Responsibilities Play an intricate role in the development and analysis of potential CI threats insider threats and Green on Blue threatsDirectly support our HUMINT and CI operations under CJTF-OIR Develop all-source association matrices on individuals identified in reporting Construct link diagrams Develop Priority Intelligence Requirements PIR Host Nation Information Requirements HNIR IR analysis of reporting Perform general intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism HUMINT Iraq Syria Jordan and Southwest Asia regional issues political military analysis and targeting as requested Log new requirements into tracker

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCIEducation: Associate degree OR an additional three years of intelligence analysis experience in lieu of Degree.
• Experience : At least four years analytical experience at the operational/strategic level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent specialty codes such as USMC 0204, 0210, 0211 - Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, U.S. Navy Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF 1N051 All Source Intelligence Analyst, 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist or 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst.
