Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting products in retail stores.
• Ensure that products are displayed according to company guidelines and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate product placement, pricing and promotional displays.
• Build relationships with store managers to negotiate prime product placement.
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
• Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
• Participate in trade shows or other events to showcase products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations based on findings.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Must have own visa sponsorship available.
