Job summary

Masaj Co. in Kuwait seeks an experienced Massage Therapist and Trainer to elevate service quality. You will lead training sessions, teach Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Aromatherapy, and other techniques, and develop SOPs to standardize care.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to assess performance. You will mentor staff, stay current with wellness trends, and support the Spa Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist and/or Massage Trainer.
• Professional certification in Massage Therapy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Aromatherapy and other therapies.
• Experience in training, coaching, or supervising therapists is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Ability to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and health & safety standards.
• English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
