Job summary

Trymasaj in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Massage Therapist and Trainer to lead training for masseurs, develop materials, and uphold high service standards. You will coach staff, monitor technique quality, and stay current with wellness trends. English communication is required; Arabic is an advantage.

The role reports to Spa Management and involves hands-on training on-site. Responsibilities include evaluating skills, updating SOPs, and ensuring hygiene and safety compliance across all

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist and/or Massage Trainer.
• Professional certification in Massage Therapy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Aromatherapy and other therapeutic massages.
• Experience in training, coaching, or supervising therapists is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Ability to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and health & safety standards.
• English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
