Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional marketing/communications/digital agency experience.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Hands-on experience with Canva or Mailchimp is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timelines.
• Coordinate production and distribution of promotional materials across digital and print channels.
• Draft copy for promotional emails, landing pages, press releases, and marketing communications.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather assets for multi-channel campaigns.
• Assist in executing the monthly content calendar across social and digital platforms.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor digital content with consistent brand voice.
• Help organize shoots, asset production, and content archives for team access.
• Assist in drafting captions and interactive content prompts.
• Gather data on audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
• Track and report basic analytics for email, website, and social media campaigns.
• Compile monthly summaries and asset logs for leadership review.
• Support customer feedback collection and track campaign responses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for asset delivery.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, product launches, and tradeshow activations.
• Maintain vendor logs and purchase-order alignment with project specs.
• Oversee promotional item inventories and event logistics.
