Job summary

CODED is hiring a Marketing Executive in Kuwait City to transform mandates into real campaigns. You will own copy, multimedia production, and distribution across channels, using AI tools daily.

You must craft compelling Arabic and English messaging, adapt tone for youth, career switchers, and HR leaders, and manage end-to-end campaigns. 3–5 years in marketing with hands-on campaign management, strong social knowledge, and a portfolio of campaigns, copy, and video work are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in marketing with hands-on campaign management experience.
• Deep knowledge of social media trends and platform formats.
• Video content production: concept, script, shoot, edit.
• Animation and motion graphics capability.
• AI tools for design, ideation, and concept visualisation (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Sora, ChatGPT/Claude, or equivalent).
• Practical performance marketing: Meta Ads Manager, audience building, retargeting, budget management.
• Comfortable in production tools - Figma, CapCut, Adobe suite, Notion.

Responsibilities

• Write copy that converts across channels: hooks, captions, ads, landing pages, emails, scripts.
• Own posting and distribution across all owned channels.
• Plan, build and manage paid campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
• Handle audience targeting, retargeting, budget pacing, and creative testing.
• Monitor lead volume and lead quality; adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Report performance with clear metrics: reach, engagement, cost per lead, conversions.
• Feed learnings back into the next campaign.
