Qualifications

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of the facility and identifying any issues or repairs needed.
Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed.
Repairing or replacing broken fixtures, equipment, or furniture.
Troubleshooting and addressing any HVAC issues.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Communicating with other team members and management regarding maintenance needs and completed tasks.
