Qualifications

• Proven experience as Handyman or similar role in property maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and heights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as painting, drywall repair, and minor plumbing/electrical fixes.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to tenant repair requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Install and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment as required.
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies for repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed promptly and professionally.
