Job Title: Handyman - Maintenance Specialist

Location: Bayan

We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our maintenance team in Bayan. As a maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting routine inspections of the facility and identifying any issues or repairs needed
• Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed
• Repairing or replacing broken fixtures, equipment, or furniture
• Troubleshooting and addressing any HVAC issues
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Communicating with other team members and management regarding maintenance needs and completed tasks

Requirements
