Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a luxury hotel lounge in Kuwait City. You will support daily operations, uphold exceptional service and ambiance, and assist in supervising lounge staff to ensure consistency with the brand.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury hotel/lounge environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations and service standards within the lounge.
Assist in supervising and training lounge staff.
Ensure guest service, presentation, and ambiance meet luxury brand standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Support scheduling and shift coverage for the outlet.
