Job summary

Workato in Bayan, Kuwait seeks a Loader Supervisor to oversee loading/unloading operations and guide a team of loaders. This full-time role requires prior field experience and strong English communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise tasks, coordinate with departments, inspect equipment, and train new staff. Applicants should have a high school diploma and related logistics training is preferred. Accommodation may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in loader/loader supervision in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage a team, and physically capable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of loaders following safety guidelines.
• Coordinate loading schedules with other departments for timely delivery.
• Inspect equipment and arrange maintenance as needed.
• Train new loaders on loading techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or damages.
• Maintain records of materials loaded/unloaded for tracking.
