Job summary

Avanta Works in Hawalli, Kuwait seeks a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading operations and coordinate truck activity. You will ensure safe, efficient procedures, train new loaders, monitor inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workplace while communicating with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.

This is a contract role open to applicants of all nationalities; candidates must be able to meet physical requirements and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be physically fit to handle heavy loads.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other vehicles.
• Ensure that all loading procedures are followed safely and efficiently.
• Train new loaders on proper loading techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or damages.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of goods.
