Job summary

Loader Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of materials onto trucks, trains, or ships. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in the field and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of loaders, ensuring all tasks are completed according to safety guidelines and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments to determine loading schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Inspect loading equipment and ensure proper maintenance and repairs are carried out as needed
• Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or damages to management
• Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded for tracking purposes
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in logistics or warehouse management is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a loader or loader supervisor in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects regularly
• Familiarity with loading equipment such as forklifts, cranes, etc.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
