Job summary

Worley in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait, seeks a Project Control Engineer to independently apply advanced scheduling and planning techniques within a project environment. You will lead the planning function across design and construction, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with HS&E and Quality standards.

Eight years total experience post-graduation with at least five in a similar role is preferred, including proven Primavera use and ability to drive critical paths to completion.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 8 years total post-graduation experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Control Engineer role.
• Proven track record of scheduling, monitoring and reporting in multi-project environments with demonstrable Primavera skills.
• Ability to highlight the critical path and drive project completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and scheduling across design and construction stages.
• Maintain and deliver project schedules, reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with client cost and planning teams to implement processes.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems.
• Manage planning staff and develop a complete Planning/Scheduling service for the organization.
