Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field.

• Valid Kuwait Driving License.
• Familiarity with NFPA and international plumbing codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Troubleshoot faults and leaks in water, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Oversee servicing of fire pumps, hydrants, standpipes, and sprinklers.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, local fire department mandates, and international plumbing codes.
• Regularly audit backflow preventers, fire alarms, and fire-rated barriers.
• Conduct fire risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for existing facility structures.
• Supervise on-site technicians and review external maintenance contractors.
• Evaluate proposed modifications or retrofits and write clear technical specifications for vendor procurement.
