Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Kuwait is seeking a Fire Alarm Systems Manager to lead the maintenance and management of fire alarm detection programs across facilities. You will develop and implement a maintenance, test and inspection plan aligned with NFPA and NEC standards.

You will supervise technicians, perform QA checks, coordinate testing schedules with supervisors and custodians, and ensure safe, compliant installations. This role requires NICET II certification, U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 9–12 years of related experience.
Proficient with email and Microsoft Office; strong English communication.
U.S. citizenship and Secret Security Clearance required.
NICET II certification is required.
NFPA standards knowledge and relevant fire alarm system expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead the fire alarm maintenance program across facilities and ensure compliance with NFPA and NEC standards.
Develop and implement maintenance, test and inspection plans; oversee repairs or expansions as needed.
Supervise technicians; perform QA checks; document acceptance testing and coordinate schedules with supervisors and custodians.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; manage subcontractors as directed by management.
Prepare written reports and maintain records for fire management.
