Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day laundry team operations: Lead, train, and oversee Laundry and Uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms.
• Manage uniform distribution: Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms.
• Oversee linen processing: Assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenance.
• Monitor quality and efficiency: Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely re‑washing, repairs, and reordering as needed.
• Optimize productivity: Assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics.
