Job summary

OFFTO, a Kuwait-based travel platform, is seeking a full-time on-site Sales Consultant. You will convert ready-to-buy customers from our app and WhatsApp, design the right trip, and close the sale while managing the full booking cycle.

You\'ll handle flights via Amadeus, hotels, and packages, maintain CRM records, and build lasting relationships. The role requires residency in Kuwait, Amadeus proficiency, targets-driven sales, and bilingual Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales with a proven record of hitting targets.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent English.
• Experience handling customers through live chat and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads from the app and WhatsApp into confirmed bookings.
• Issue flight tickets via Amadeus and handle changes, reissues, and refunds.
• Book hotels and packages from direct suppliers and DMCs.
• Build lasting customer relationships and document every interaction in our CRM.
• Meet monthly sales and profitability targets.
