Job summary

Bayt 22 is seeking an Interior Designer & Sales Specialist for our Shuwaikh showroom in Kuwait. The role focuses on client-facing presentations and turning conversations into tailored design solutions, using strong hand sketching to illustrate concepts live with clients.

You will prepare high-quality 2D layouts and 3D renderings, present furniture solutions to walk-in clients, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure project success while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional interior design experience, with exposure to retail/showroom settings.
• Strong hand drawing and freehand sketching skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; Photoshop or similar software is a plus.
• Excellent creative, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to close deals and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design layouts and spaces for residential and commercial projects.
