Qualifications

• Should have 1-year minimum experience to work in a five-star hotel.
• Able to handle multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of the international cuisine.
• Knowledge of HACCP and general health & safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• To have a complete understanding about the company's policy relating to Food hygiene and Safe Food Handling practices.
• To have a complete understanding about the Service standards relating to dish, preparation of trolley as per standards for the outlet.
• To identify and request assistance if required, prior to any breakdowns occurring.
• To ensure all items received for the outlet are accurately staged and stored with FIFO rotation.
• To ensure department information is well communicated with other team members.
• To understand the department ordering procedure to run the operation flow efficiently.
• To prioritize reducing breakages and engage colleagues effectively.
• To understand the business requirements to stay and support the team.
• To oversee operation for minibar, amenities and in-room orders with other supervisors.
• To be familiar with Symphony Micros for guest orders.
• To communicate daily operation challenges with the supervisor and outlet manager.
