Job summary

Kuwait Packing Materials Manufacturing Company KSC is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Operator to operate IML-equipped machines and ensure accurate label placement, food-grade quality, and production efficiency.

You will set up and monitor machines, load materials, perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, follow 5S standards, and work rotating shifts in a packaging manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is an advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience operating IML and injection molding machines.
• Technical machine operation and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of quality control practices including visual inspection and dimensional checks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up operate and monitor IML-equipped injection molding machines according to production schedules.
• Prepare molds and labels load raw materials into machine hoppers.
• Adjust machine parameters including temperature pressure injection speed and cycle times.
• Perform label placement and verify correct positioning throughout production runs.
• Conduct visual and dimensional checks on finished products to ensure label quality and product specifications.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Report mechanical or process issues to supervisors promptly.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety hygiene and food-grade packaging protocols.
• Maintain clean and organized work area according to 5S standards.
