Job summary

JobLeader in Hawalli, Kuwait, is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and maintain various machinery, ensuring products meet quality and production standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with industrial equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating industrial machinery.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to production specifications.
• Operate machines to produce high-quality products.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
