Job summary

Gheewala Human Resource Consultants in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced HVAC operations supervisor to manage HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial, high-rise, hospital, and mall environments.

You will oversee technicians, implement preventive maintenance plans, diagnose and fix issues, and coordinate with contractors to ensure projects meet specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, hospitals, and shopping malls.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance (PPM) schedules for HVAC equipment.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating chillers, AHUs, boilers, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns, perform corrective maintenance, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Supervise, train, and guide HVAC technicians and shift operators.
• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, maintenance budgets, and equipment records.
• Monitor system performance and implement measures to improve energy efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and facility management teams for maintenance and repairs.
