Job summary

The role encompasses recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and policy development, while driving strategic HR initiatives with senior management.

You will guide on performance management and employee relations, coordinate training programs, and monitor HR analytics to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR management.
• Bachelors in HR/Management/Administration; post-graduate degree required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
