Job summary

Hilton is looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise and inspire the housekeeping staff, ensuring rooms meet cleanliness standards and guests have exceptional experiences.

You will train, schedule, inspect, and coordinate maintenance and deep-cleaning initiatives while managing inventory and supporting VIP requests to uphold Hilton’s renowned hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams and delivering high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to train, schedule and oversee housekeeping staff.
• Strong attention to detail for room and area inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up promptly.
• Plan and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special projects.
• Maintain inventory and proper upkeep of housekeeping equipment.
• Provide exceptional guest service, including VIP requests.

Responsibilities
