Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait City is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure rooms and public areas meet the highest standards.

You will coordinate guest requests, manage inventories, train teams, and uphold health and safety policies in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations health and safety practices and inventory control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day-to day housekeeping operations
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel quality standards
• Coordinate guest and internal service requests ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
• Assist with departmental administration scheduling reporting and record keeping
• Monitor maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt action
• Support inventory management including housekeeping supplies linens and operating equipment
• Maintain clean organized and fully stocked housekeeping and service pantries
• Train coach and motivate team members while promoting teamwork and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with health safety hygiene and hotel policies and procedures
• Actively participate in departmental meetings briefings and training sessions
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and take ownership of service recovery when needed
