Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait City is seeking a guest‑oriented hospitality professional to welcome guests, seat diners, and uphold spotless dining areas. You will manage reservations, assist with table assignments, and help ensure menus and service run smoothly across shifts.

Fluent English, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a polite telephone manner are essential as you collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain Four Seasons standards in a luxury

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests promptly while managing reservations and table assignments.

• Maintain station charts, cover counts, and assist with guest preferences using the reservation system.
• Provide menu knowledge, handle inquiries, and address guest concerns with professionalism.
• Assist with food & beverage service when required and support colleagues in daily operations.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards, safety procedures, and work harmoniously with the team.
