Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait City is seeking a Guest Services/ Food & Beverage server to join our luxury hotel team. You will describe menu items with vivid details, communicate guest orders to the kitchen, and ensure timely service to guests in a five‑star environment.

You will anticipate guest needs, offer recommendations, and respond promptly to requests, while maintaining polished English communication. Experience in a luxury hotel, excellent listening skills, and ability to thrive under pressure are

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is a plus.
• Active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations as well as the back‑of‑house areas.
• Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.

What You Will Do
