Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group's Park Inn by Radisson in Kuwait is seeking a Government Relations Officer to manage government transactions, documentation, visas, residency permits, licenses and approvals.

You will build strong relationships with Kuwaiti authorities, coordinate with HR, monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewals while respecting confidentiality and leveraging your knowledge of local procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, able to communicate with government authorities effectively.
• Experience as Government Relations Officer, preferably in hospitality within Kuwait.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage sensitive documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process and renew residency permits for team members.
• Issue and renew Civil ID cards and hotel licenses.
• Coordinate medical examinations and health cards for staff.
• Arrange attestation and translation of new joiners' documents.
• Handle work visas and commercial visit visas.
• Build relationships with government authorities and monitor application progress.
