Job summary

ASQ International in Kuwait invites a High School Vice Principal to join our dynamic international American school community, with a start date in January 2027. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on school operations, focusing on academic distinction, personal growth, and a globally minded culture.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education (Master’s preferred), and prior vice principal experience, with strong presentation, administrative, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education; Master’s degree preferable.
• Experience as a Vice Principal or in a similar role.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Strong written and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of school administrative processes.
• Attention to detail.
• Great presentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems.
• Crisis management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the American Curriculum will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the high school.
• Supervise and mentor teaching staff through regular evaluations.
• Identify professional development needs and provide targeted training.
