Job summary

ASQ International seeks a High School Principal to lead a dynamic international high school in Kuwait. You will drive academic excellence, oversee operations, mentor teachers, and foster a culture of inclusion and integrity while aligning curriculum with college readiness goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with counselors, families, and the broader school community; a Master’s degree and leadership experience are preferred, with experience in American Curriculum viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience as principal or in a leadership role.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of school administration processes is desirable.
• Experience with American Curriculum advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the high school, ensuring coordination across academic and administrative areas.
• Supervise and mentor teaching staff with regular performance evaluations.
• Identify professional development needs and provide targeted training.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture through strong partnerships with teachers, students, and families.
