Job summary

Client of ASQ International in Kuwait seeks a High School Principal for a January 2027 start. You will guide a diverse learning community toward academic distinction and personal growth, champion student success, and foster an inclusive culture with innovation and integrity at the core.

You will lead day‑to‑day operations, supervise staff, identify PD needs, and partner with families to advance a high‑performing school culture in a vibrant international context.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education; Master’s degree preferable.
• Previous experience as a principal or in a similar leadership role.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Strong written and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of school administrative processes.
• Attention to detail.
• Great presentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems.
• Crisis management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the American Curriculum will be advantageous.
