Job summary

Kimpton in Kuwait is seeking staff to maintain our Health Club facilities and assist guests with information and services. The role includes handling guest inquiries, managing towels and amenities, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and privacy.

Responsibilities cover call handling, information provision, safety procedures, and seamless collaboration with staff to deliver a premium guest experience in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Health Club facilities according to set standards of order and cleanliness
• Processes all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
• Records all entries on traffic sheets
• Calls guests by name whenever possible
• Pages staff member when requested
• Abides by principles of guest privacy
• Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor
• Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing emergencies related to Health & Safety, fire, bomb scare and other critical situations
• Maintains a clean work environment
• Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly
• Maintain current Hotel Information
• Report repairs and maintenance problems to supervisor
• Familiarize yourself with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information to provide guests with accurate information
• Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities to promote and sell them to guests
• Ensure guests amenities, towels, linen and other guests needs have ample supply
• Follow hotel procedures in relation to pool towel issue and retrieval
• Conduct activities and services for guests, members and registered children with proper instruction and safety reminders
• Abide by rules and regulations and policies and procedures of the hotel
• Apply correct charges to guests and visitors for use of pool, spa and gym, and post to room bill

• Greet and escort guests to lounge chairs and present towels
• Maintain a comprehensive library of books and magazines in different languages
