India Abroad invites an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen in Al-Kuwait. You will design menus, maintain high quality and presentation, and drive culinary innovation.

This role requires strong leadership and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, upscale setting. The ideal candidate has proven Head Chef experience, deep knowledge of modern cuisine, food safety compliance, and excellent English communication skills to supervise staff and collaborate with management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or similar in a high-end restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients, current food trends.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

We are a renowned restaurant in Al-Kuwait and we are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to effectively manage our kitchen staff. This position is open for Indian nationals who are proficient in English.

• Create and design menus that reflect the restaurant's vision and concept
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to high quality standards and presented in an attractive manner
• Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings
• Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients, as well as current food trends
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
