Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant setting.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to create new dishes while staying true to authentic flavors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred.
