Ecojob Hawalli is seeking an experienced Head Chef for a popular Indian restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. You will oversee all kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and staff management to deliver high-quality, visually appealing dishes.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, in-depth Indian cuisine knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. English fluency is essential; Hindi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
